Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn footwear back in its original BILLY box and secure it inside a shipping mailer, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.

Ship and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
